Job Title: National Sales Manager (Endoscopy) 
Job Description: NSM will be heading the sales function and play the role of a catalyst and galvanize /build a team of RMs and a strong field force to achieve the sales targets and growth objectives of the Endoscopy Business . NSM has to be highly motivated individual with a entrepreneurial drive to excel and accustomed to working in a highly competitive environment and exposed to both medical and consumer business.

The business being in a nascent and evolving stage, NSM would be instrumental for revenue growth in all areas, overall profitability and reduction of redundant cost. The NSM is also responsible for maintaining relationships with the Health Care Professionals.

Key Responsibilities:-
1. Achievement of primary and secondary sales targets and growth objectives
2. Ensure efficient execution of demand generation programms to increase consumer base and maximize revenue
3. Collections/Management of accounts receivables
4. Management of promotional budgets and costs
5. Forecasting accuracy for Sales and Inventory planning/control
6. Control attrition and build a motivated and committed sales team thru a culture of achievement orientation, recognition and rewards
7. Implementation of CRM and KOL engagement plans in conjunction with marketing and medical affair team

Competencies
* Should be a peoples person with Strong team building/ nurturing and mentoring capabilities
* Enthusiastic with strong interpersonal and communication skills and a high achievement orientation
* Strong commercial accumen and understanding of the commercial/ trade practices in a medical /consumer /retail environment

Candidate Profile
*Bachelor's Degree is required
Master's Degree is a plus
with 10-15 years of experience and a proven track record in sales with a stint as NSM ( ideally) and/or as ZSM in at least two zones
( age 35-40)
